Secure one of only eight available properties.
2 — COME TO BELIZE
Take your inspection trip and experience Hummingbird Point for yourself.
3 — DECIDE
If it's not for you, receive your remaining deposit back after deduction of the agreed actual costs of your inspection trip.
If you love it, let's build.
4 — PROCEED | US$20,000
Choose to proceed and an additional US$20,000 becomes due and payable.
Your original US$5,000 reservation deposit is credited toward your purchase.
5 — DESIGN YOUR HOME
Agree your final plans, finishes, options and specifications.
Your final purchase price is then confirmed.
6 — WE START BUILDING
Once the required documentation, specifications and approvals are completed, construction of your Hummingbird Point home begins.
7 — PAY AS WE BUILD
You don't pay the entire purchase price upfront.
The remaining purchase price is paid in agreed installments throughout construction, structured around the construction process and helping cover the costs of building and completing your home.
8 — WELCOME HOME
Construction complete.
